I can’t believe it has already been 10 years!
While I wish all of my patients the best health, I do want to thank the community who has trusted me with their health for more than 10 years. We wish everyone the best health for another 10 years but remember, you are always welcome at Leahy Family Care & Wellness Center!
You are probably noticing a big difference right now on our web page. We’ve done a lot of rebranding and renovations within the Leahy Family Care and Wellness Center. It all started with the purchase of the current building on 825 S. Cable Rd.
Additional renovations were completed in the south wing of the building, when we expanded the gym and knocked down a couple of walls. We had an unfortunate pipe burst in the winter of 2014, which forced us to remodel the downstairs in the center of the building. Other than the purchase of the building, another large add-on to the business is the new sign out front! We are very excited for the sign, it turned out great, and it’s main purpose will be to show specials and need to know dates.
In the first 10 years of practice, we’ve have done many things to make this practice great. When I came back from medical school, I didn’t want to open a medical practice where only medical things happen. Instead I listened to you (the patient) and our community. By doing that, the wellness portion of the practice was able to breath and take life! It is amazing how much the wellness side has transformed, and trust me we are not finished.
So that is where the last 10 years has got us! What does the next years look like? Well that’s where our new website comes into the mix.
This website is meant to serve as a forum for health and wellness education, insights and information. On the website you will find information on our staff, products, services and monthly specials. You will also have direct access to our staff and be able to contact them as necessary with any healthcare or wellness questions.
Something else we are very excited about is our new blog. You will find articles and stories from our experts, which will help you stay up to date on the latest health, fitness and beauty trends, as well as timely seasonal tips for a healthier you.
